Order requests and confirmation
Submitting the online checkout sends an order request—it does not guarantee that every stem, delivery window or custom detail is available. Royal Petals confirms availability, the final composition, delivery timing and payment instructions before the order proceeds.
Flowers are seasonal
Flowers are natural and availability changes. If a pictured stem is unavailable, Royal Petals may recommend a thoughtful substitution that preserves the arrangement’s overall mood, palette and value. Material changes are discussed before fulfilment.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Namibian dollars (N$). Delivery, custom scale and add-ons are shown separately where applicable. Cash, EFT and supported wallets are arranged after confirmation. Any future TPTS online payment option will be presented clearly before payment is authorised.
Delivery
Delivery estimates depend on the selected pin, route, access instructions and safe handover. Clients are responsible for accurate contact details, an accessible destination and a recipient or authorised person being available. Royal Petals will contact the sender when a safe handover cannot be completed.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact Royal Petals as soon as possible if a request changes. Because flowers are perishable and custom work may begin quickly, the available remedy depends on whether flowers have been sourced, prepared or dispatched. Cindy will confirm any applicable cancellation or refund outcome in writing.
Card messages and anonymous gifts
You are responsible for the content supplied for a card or florist note. Royal Petals may refuse unlawful, threatening or abusive content. Choosing anonymous gifting keeps the sender’s name off the recipient-facing message, while Royal Petals retains the sender’s details for fulfilment and safety.
Royal Circle
Petals are promotional loyalty points, not cash. They settle only after an eligible order is fully paid and delivered. Reward thresholds and benefits are displayed in the Royal Circle and may be updated prospectively; earned benefits will be handled fairly under the rules shown when they were issued.
