Information we collect
When you place an order or send an enquiry, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, recipient details, delivery address, map pin, delivery instructions, occasion, card message and order preferences. Royal Circle members may also save recipients and addresses for future orders.
Why we use it
We use this information to confirm stock, prepare the requested arrangement, communicate about the order, estimate delivery, complete the handover, answer enquiries, maintain order records and—when you choose to join—provide loyalty rewards and faster return ordering.
Payments
Royal Petals currently supports cash, EFT and wallet arrangements after availability is confirmed. This website does not store bank-card or wallet credentials. When TPTS online payment is enabled, its secure gateway will handle payment details under its own privacy and security controls.
Maps, hosting and service providers
The site may use map and routing providers to display a delivery pin and estimate distance. Hosting, database and security services process only the information required to operate the website. Providers are selected and configured for the specific service they perform.
Cookies and local storage
Essential browser storage keeps your flower bag, signed-in session and installable-app experience working. Royal Petals does not use that storage to sell personal information. Optional analytics or marketing technologies should only be added with an appropriate consent mechanism.
Retention and protection
Order and enquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, client service, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. Access to Cindy’s Studio is restricted, sessions expire and sensitive credentials are kept outside the public source code.
Your choices
You may ask Royal Petals to correct or remove information that is no longer needed, or to close a Royal Circle profile, subject to records that must lawfully be retained. Contact Cindy using the details below and include enough information to identify the relevant order or profile.
